COZY is an Egyptian body care and fragrance brand based in Port Said, Egypt. This website allows you to browse and purchase our products online.

COZY علامة تجارية مصرية للعناية بالجسم والعطور، يقع مقرها في بورسعيد، مصر. يتيح لك هذا الموقع تصفح منتجاتنا وشراءها عبر الإنترنت.

• You may shop as a guest, create an account using your email and password, or sign in with Google.

  يمكنك التسوق كضيف، أو إنشاء حساب باستخدام بريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور، أو تسجيل الدخول عبر Google.

• You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account details up to date.

  يجب عليك تقديم بيانات صحيحة وكاملة، والحرص على تحديث بيانات حسابك.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

We make every effort to display our products, sizes and descriptions accurately. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product.

نبذل قصارى جهدنا لعرض منتجاتنا ومقاساتها وأوصافها بدقة. وقد تختلف الألوان على شاشتك قليلًا عن المنتج الفعلي.

Many of our products are available in a range of fragrances. Selecting a fragrance is the customer’s responsibility; please read the product and fragrance description before confirming your order. Fragrance preference is subjective; please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

تتوفر العديد من منتجاتنا بروائح متنوعة. اختيار الرائحة مسؤولية العميل، لذا يُرجى قراءة وصف المنتج والرائحة قبل تأكيد الطلب. وتُعد تفضيلات الروائح أمرًا شخصيًا؛ يُرجى الرجوع إلى سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال.

All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, it must be removed from your cart before you can complete checkout.

جميع المنتجات خاضعة للتوافر. وفي حال عدم توفر أحد المنتجات، يلزم إزالته من سلة التسوق قبل إتمام الطلب.

• All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

  جميع الأسعار بالجنيه المصري (EGP).

• Shipping fees are calculated based on your governorate and displayed in your order summary before payment. Please see Delivery Information for the full schedule.

  تُحتسب مصاريف الشحن بحسب محافظتك وتظهر في ملخص الطلب قبل الدفع. يُرجى الرجوع إلى صفحة معلومات التوصيل للاطلاع على القائمة الكاملة.

• We may change prices and offers at any time. The price displayed when you place your order is the price you will pay.

  يجوز لنا تعديل الأسعار والعروض في أي وقت. السعر المعروض وقت إتمام طلبك هو السعر الذي ستدفعه.

• If a price is clearly incorrect due to a technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

  إذا كان السعر خاطئًا بوضوح نتيجة خطأ تقني أو كتابي، فنحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء الطلب ورد أي مبلغ تم دفعه.

• Promo codes and points are applied at checkout and may be used on one order at a time.

  تُطبَّق أكواد الخصم والنقاط عند إتمام الطلب، ويمكن استخدامها على طلب واحد في كل مرة.

• Either points or a promo code may be used on an order, but not both.

  يمكن استخدام النقاط أو كود الخصم على الطلب، ولا يجوز الجمع بينهما.

• Some codes are subject to a minimum order value, an expiry date, or a limit on the number of times they can be used.

  تخضع بعض الأكواد لحد أدنى لقيمة الطلب أو لتاريخ انتهاء صلاحية، أو لحد أقصى لعدد مرات الاستخدام.

• Codes and points cannot be redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to cancel codes or points that are misused.

  لا يمكن استبدال الأكواد والنقاط بمبالغ نقدية. ونحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء الأكواد أو النقاط التي يُساء استخدامها.

When you place an order, we send an order confirmation email to the address you provided, acknowledging receipt of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable, the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the payment will be refunded.

عند إتمام الطلب، نرسل رسالة تأكيد إلى البريد الإلكتروني الذي قدمته، وهي تفيد باستلامنا لطلبك. ونحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب، ومن ذلك مثلًا عدم توفر المنتج، أو نقص البيانات المقدمة أو عدم صحتها، أو الاشتباه في وجود احتيال. وفي حال إلغاء طلب تم سداد قيمته، يتم رد المبلغ.

You can track the status of your order (confirmed, processing, shipped, delivered) from your account.

يمكنك متابعة حالة طلبك (تم التأكيد، قيد التجهيز، تم الشحن، تم التسليم) من خلال حسابك.

• Credit / Debit Card: available for all governorates and processed securely by our payment provider, Paymob. We do not store your card details.

  بطاقة ائتمان / خصم: متاحة لجميع المحافظات، وتتم معالجتها بشكل آمن عبر مزوّد خدمة الدفع Paymob. ولا نقوم بتخزين بيانات بطاقتك.

• Cash on Delivery: available only for deliveries within Port Said and Port Fouad.

  الدفع نقدًا عند الاستلام: متاح فقط للتوصيل داخل بورسعيد وبورفؤاد.

If a card payment is unsuccessful, your order will not be confirmed and you may try again.

في حال تعذّر الدفع بالبطاقة، لن يتم تأكيد الطلب ويمكنك المحاولة مرة أخرى.

We deliver across Egypt, except to North Sinai. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times depend on your governorate. Estimated times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. You are responsible for providing a correct address and a reachable phone number.

نقوم بالتوصيل إلى جميع أنحاء مصر، باستثناء شمال سيناء. تختلف مصاريف الشحن ومدة التوصيل المتوقعة بحسب محافظتك. والمدد المتوقعة غير مضمونة وقد تتأثر بظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا. وتقع عليك مسؤولية تقديم عنوان صحيح ورقم هاتف يمكن الوصول إليك عليه.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

تخضع عمليات الاسترجاع والاستبدال لسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال، وهي جزء لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط. ولا يوجد في هذه الشروط ما يحدّ من حقوقك بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم 181 لسنة 2018.

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose, or to place fraudulent orders.

  استخدام الموقع لأي غرض مخالف للقانون، أو تقديم طلبات احتيالية.

• Attempt to access other users’ accounts, or interfere with or disrupt the website or its security.

  محاولة الدخول إلى حسابات المستخدمين الآخرين، أو التدخل في الموقع أو في أمنه أو تعطيله.

• Copy, scrape or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

  نسخ محتوانا أو استخراجه آليًا أو إعادة استخدامه لأغراض تجارية دون إذن كتابي مسبق منا.

The COZY name, logo, product photographs, texts, designs and all other content on this website are owned by COZY or used with permission. They may not be used without our prior written consent.

اسم COZY وشعارها وصور المنتجات والنصوص والتصاميم وسائر محتويات هذا الموقع مملوكة لـ COZY أو مستخدمة بموجب ترخيص. ولا يجوز استخدامها دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة منا.

To the extent permitted by law, COZY is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, or for interruptions or errors beyond our reasonable control. Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing herein excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Egyptian law.

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا تتحمل COZY المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية الناشئة عن استخدام الموقع، أو عن أي انقطاع أو أخطاء خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة. وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا المتعلقة بأي طلب على قيمة ذلك الطلب. ولا يستبعد هذا البند أي مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها بموجب القانون المصري.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، ويختص بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها المحاكم المصرية المختصة.
